More than just a job

About this project

AZL is a pension administrator that supports organizations and participants in building a future-proof pension. Behind this responsibility are people with expertise, commitment, and genuine care for one another. To give new talent an honest and inspiring picture of what it’s like to work at AZL, the organization was looking for a recruitment video that shows the people behind the work.

Beeldsterk translated this into a video where colleagues, a positive work atmosphere, and social impact take center stage. The result is a relatable story in which AZL fully recognizes itself showing why working at AZL is more than just a job.

One thing was central to the video: authenticity. By engaging in conversations with employees and truly listening to what makes AZL special as an employer, a story emerged from within the organization. No scripts or staged scenes. Just real people and genuine stories.

From concept to production, Beeldsterk worked closely with AZL to strike the right emotional tone. The result is a recruitment video that not only shows what AZL does, but above all who they are connecting perfectly with the audience that fits the organization.
